These Terms apply to all users, including course participants, conference attendees, faculty members, sponsors, and partners.
2. Online Store Terms
When you register for a course or conference, the payment process is securely handled by GHA (Global Healthcare Academy), our authorized payment partner. Clicking the “Register” button will redirect you to the GHA website for completing payment.
All payments must be made in the specified currency at checkout. Any currency conversion fees are borne by the user.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
3. General Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service without prior notice.
- Access to certain features of the platform may be restricted to registered users.
- Unauthorized reproduction or resale of our courses, event content, or materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We strive to ensure that all course descriptions, schedules, and event details are accurate and up to date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of the information provided. We reserve the right to make modifications, corrections, or improvements without prior notification.
5. Modifications to the Service and Prices
- Prices for courses, conference registrations, and sponsorships are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any program at our discretion.
- Special discounts or offers may be introduced or withdrawn at any time.
6. Products or Services (Courses & Conferences)
- Course and conference availability is subject to faculty and venue confirmation.
- Registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise specified.
- All course materials provided are for personal and educational use only and may not be redistributed.
7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
- Users must provide accurate and complete billing and contact details.
- We reserve the right to cancel registrations with incorrect or fraudulent details.
- Users must promptly update any changes to their billing or account information.
8. Optional Tools
- We may provide access to third-party services (e.g., webinar platforms, networking tools) for user convenience.
- We do not monitor or control these tools and are not responsible for their functionality or reliability.

21. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Transfer of Registration
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
- Refund eligibility is based on the cancellation timeline.
- Cancellations after the deadline are not eligible for refunds.
- Cancellation by Organizers: If Global MedKonnect cancels the event entirely, registered participants will receive a full refund, minus any non-recoverable transaction fees.
- Travel and Accommodation Expenses: Global MedKonnect is not responsible for covering participants' travel, visa, or accommodation expenses in case of event cancellation or rescheduling. Attendees are advised to book refundable travel and accommodation options.
Postponement
- If a course or conference is postponed, registrations will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled date.
- If you are unable to attend the new date, we may offer a credit for future events (subject to approval).
Transfer of Registration
- You may request a transfer of your registration to another participant.
- Transfers must be approved at least 15 days before the event.
22. Visa Information
- We do not guarantee visa approvals.
- Attendees requiring visas should apply well in advance.
- Visa rejections do not qualify for automatic refunds.
23. Refund Policy
Global MedKonnect has established the following refund policy due to the advance commitments required for venue bookings, printing, shipping, accommodations, and other logistical expenses:
- More than 90 days before the conference: Participants are eligible for a full refund, minus a $100 administrative fee.
- Between 90 and 60 days before the conference: A refund of 75% of the total amount paid will be provided.
- Between 60 and 30 days before the conference: A 50% refund of the total registration fee will be issued.
- Less than 30 days before the conference: No refunds will be processed.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email, and the processing time for approved refunds is approximately 30 business days. Any applicable service charges or bank transaction fees will be deducted before the refund is issued.
24. Accommodation Cancellation Policy
- Accommodation cancellations are subject to hotel policies and third-party provider terms.
- We do not guarantee refunds for accommodation bookings.
25. Payment Processing via GHA
- All payments are securely processed by Global Healthcare Academy (GHA).
- Clicking "Register Now" will redirect you to GHA’s payment page.
- By proceeding with payment, you agree to GHA’s Terms & Conditions.
